Published purpose

The retrofit of a cultural building in Gaspé, QC that will support upgrades to the doors, windows, insulation, interior cladding, staircase, and part of the roof at the rear entrance. Additionally, it will include upgrades to meet building code standards, as well as access for people with mobility barriers (entrance and washroom facilities), exterior staircases, artesian well and septic installation, and the elimination of heating oil.
