Published purpose

A new community centre in Toronto, ON, that will be built to a net-zero design standard, will support the revitalization of an affordable housing community, and is co-located with a new child care centre. The new community centre includes 2 pools, a gym, multi-purpose community space, and social service agency space. It will be located centrally in the neighbourhood, adjacent to a public school, affordable housing, and a park.
