Published purpose

The organization will actively support the goals of the Veteran Homelessness Program by providing targeted rent supplements that increase housing affordability and stability for Veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness. In addition to financial housing assistance, the organization will deliver comprehensive wrap-around services designed to address the complex and interconnected needs of Veterans. These services will include case management, housing stabilization support, referrals to health and mental health care, employment and income assistance, life-skills development, and connections to community and Veteran-specific resources. By integrating rent assistance with individualized support services, the organization aims to promote long-term housing stability, improve overall well-being, and reduce the risk of future homelessness among Veterans.
