This project aims to increase the safety and security of civil society actors and human rights defenders, with a focus on communities impacted by transnational repression, globally. Project activities include: (1) providing targeted digital security support to human rights defenders, women human rights defenders , and at-risk actors including those facing transnational repression; (2) providing support and applying international pressure to protect the digital rights, safety, and security of human rights defenders and at-risk actors, particularly against acts of transnational repression; and (3) promoting multi-stakeholder engagement on pressing issues such as transnational repression that affect the safety and security of human rights defenders, and at-risk actors.
