The purpose of this project is to support Southeast Asian countries particularly affected by the terrorism threat (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines) to build their capacity to address the phenomenon of countering terrorism financing via Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs), in accordance with international human rights standards and in respect for fundamental freedoms.
