This project aims to enhance climate resilience in 4 urban municipalities (Ha Long - Quang Ninh province; Hoi An, Da Nang City and Da Lat - Lam Dong province; My Tho and Go Cong - Dong Thap province) by improving their approach to managing infrastructure assets—such as sewage, drainage systems, and transportation—and waste, particularly plastics. Project activities include: (1) training; (2) providing technical advice; and (3) peer-to-peer coaching of city and provincial officials, by practitioners from Canadian municipalities, Canadian and Vietnamese technical experts, and specialists from academic institutions and social enterprises in Vietnam. The project expects to benefit populations in the four targeted urban areas totaling 696,386 people.
