This multi-donor program aims to improve development policies and programs in Mali by building the capacities of civil society organizations (CSOs) of Mali to ensure that national policies reflect pro-poor interests and focus on poverty reduction. The program supports activities to build the capacities of CSOs at all levels, from grass-roots to umbrella organizations, in policy dialogue, analysis, research, and citizen engagement. Support to strengthen the internal governance of CSOs is also part of all capacity building activities.
