This project promotes the inclusion of children with disabilities in schools and communities in two pilot regions of Ukraine, Lviv and Crimea. This is achieved by building the capacity of targeted government bodies, education institutions as well as non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in both pilot regions to collaboratively develop policies which support the inclusion of children with disabilities in schools and communities, establish inclusive education (IE) programs in universities and pedagogical institutes and encourage civil society to advocate, and deliver services, for these children.
